BAZONIX USER DATA PROTECTION POLICY

  10. Distribution of important system notifications and, with consent, marketing materials.

V. PROCESSING TECHNOLOGIES

VI. MUTUAL OBLIGATIONS

User responsibilities:

Bazonix Team responsibilities:

  3. Limit access to personal data for Bazonix employees based on the principle of business necessity.

  4. Suspend data processing upon a justified request from the user.

VII. CONFLICT RESOLUTION

  1. If there are questions regarding the processing of personal data, the user should initially contact Bazonix support.

  2. All requests are considered within 30 calendar days, after which the user is provided with a detailed response.

  3. If it is impossible to reach a mutually acceptable solution, the dispute may be referred to the appropriate judicial authority.

  4. Legal relations between the Bazonix platform and its users are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.

VIII. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  1. The Bazonix Team reserves the right to update the provisions of this Policy to comply with changing regulatory requirements and improve the security system.

  2. The updated version of the Policy is published on the platform and comes into effect from the moment of publication.

  3. Suggestions for improving the Policy and questions regarding data processing are accepted through the official Bazonix support channels.

  4. The Bazonix platform does not provide services to users from regions where the activities of cryptocurrency exchanges are restricted or prohibited by local legislation.
